ISWorldLife is an education nonprofit whose staff span six departments — Marketing, Tutoring, iStore, HR, Grant Research, and Local Chapter. Day-to-day work was scattered across spreadsheets and email: hours were tracked manually, leave and timesheet approvals got lost in inboxes, and managers had no shared view of team workload. I designed a single staff intranet to replace that patchwork with one calm, friendly companion for managing work.
